FAQs

Here are our answers to your most frequently asked questions about Booked.

The hours required to organise school interviews by teachers and administration staff are extensive and costly, not forgetting the hassle of organising schedules that work for both teachers and parents. Booked offers parents, teachers and administration staff a stress free, simple approach to organising interviews and we believe that the system more than pays for itself the first time it is used!

Booked is priced depending on the type of school and the number of students enrolled. You can find your price by using our simple pricing calculator.

Parents and carers can easily login to the browser version of Booked or the iOS and Android app.

There are a number of login options single sign on, one click to sign in from an automatic email sent from within Booked, or a standard username and password.

Parents can also request their credentials to be sent by email at any time from the login page.

No problem! Booked is easily customisable to cater for multiple concurrent or back-to-back events. You can make use of filters, scheduled release dates and the fact that Booked will only ever show its users the information that is relevant to them.

Of course it can! Many of our schools use Booked to conduct their enrolment interviews.

You also don’t need to have very much data for your users, Booked requires, at a minimum, the first name and last name (though we do recommend including an email address).

Face to face, virtual, phone meetings – anything flies and you can collect the parent/carer’s preference as they go through to book their appointments. You can also post the video conference link so it’s one simple click to join the meeting.

Absolutely! You can customise your data upload to suit all types of class set ups, even including translators if necessary.

Our schools use Booked all year long for anything that requires a reservation. Some of the most common uses are:

  • Uniform shop bookings
  • Enrolment interviews
  • Subject selection guidance
  • Careers counselling
  • Wellbeing checkups
  • Volunteering

There’s a step-by-step checklist within Booked to guide you through your event set ups, which links to our extensive help documentation.

If you need a little more help than that, our support team is based on the Central Coast of NSW and is available from 9am-5pm Sydney time, excluding NSW public holidays.

You can contact our support team via email, via our ticketing service or by phone. For email or tickets we’ll reply within 2 business hours and most issues are resolved in the first 30 minutes. Of course, if you give us a call we’ll answer straight away.

Our customers repeatedly tell us how much they love our friendly, knowledgeable and efficient support team.

We encourage you to talk to a school already using Booked, and if you don’t know any we’ll put you in contact with one. Our existing schools are our best form of advertising because we know they’re 100% satisfied with Booked and the support they receive.
