With different sections that can be turned on and off depending on your school’s needs, you can store information like emergency contacts, medical information, alerts, correspondence, awards, calendars, billing, permissions and so much more.

Educonnex lets you create as many different roles as your school needs, with granular permissions that determine whether the user can ‘view’, ‘update’, ‘delete’, ‘create’ or ‘perform’ specific actions in each module.

You want teachers to only see behaviour alerts for students in their own classes, but year level coordinators should see everyone in their year – easy peasy!

Users can then be assigned as many roles as they need, so they can see everything, all in one place, with only one login.

The simple design of Educonnex means that teachers don’t need to waste their time finding what they need, whether it’s attendance marking, academic report entries or behaviour entries. The system is available at any time from anywhere with an internet connection.

Teachers can access parts of their students’ profiles, based on the permissions that the school has given their role including Attendance Marking, Behaviour Management, Medical Information, Academic Reports, Academic Information, Special and General Alerts.

The Educonnex Mobile App gives access to selected functionality where teachers need to be on the go, such as bus duty, excursions, or morning assemblies. If a teacher has access to a mobile device with a large screen like a tablet, they can even access the full version of Educonnex without being stuck behind their desk.

Depending on the roles and permissions set by your school, parents and carers can access information about their students by visiting the website or using the mobile app. Some of the profile sections include attendance, sick bay visits, medication consents, behaviour records, assessments, academic reports and the calendar.
