Terms and Conditions

Agreement

  • SSO (Subject Selection Online) is offered to you by Educonnex Pty Ltd (Educonnex), conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms and conditions contained herein.
  • Your use of SSO constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions.
  • Educonnex reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, and undertakes to notify you by email if this should occur.

Free Trial Contract Terms

  • By accepting these terms and conditions, you will get free access for a 30 calendar day period. This is for the express purpose of setting up the administrative tasks of a subject selection or other survey-based event, to evaluate its suitability for the school named in the registration form.
  • Testing by school staff or small groups of students is encouraged as part of the free trial, but may be monitored to ensure compliance with this agreement.
  • Registration for the free trial must be received by Educonnex prior to 11:59 P.M. (AEST) on Sunday 31st July, 2022.
  • The valid registration period for the free trial may be extended at any point at the discretion of Educonnex.
  • To be eligible for the free trial, the client must not already have an active subscription to SSO.
  • Use of SSO after 30 days indicates the trial period has concluded and the Client intends to proceed with using the product at the applicable cost. The 30 day trial begins from the day login details are received.
  • Once the trial period concludes, at minimum the first invoice will include a charge for setup and training (‘registration fee’) plus a fee for access for the calendar year (‘annual subscription fee’).
  • Billing will occur only if the user does not cancel their trial within 30 days of access being provided, or if the school’s community (referring to parents/guardians/students/staff) are given access to the platform for the purpose of completing their selections.
