Upload/Download a File for a Community Member

There is always paperwork associated with community members. This feature allows you to scan and attach (or simply attach) a copy of something and “file” it on a community member profile. 

To upload a file to an existing community member:

  1. Click the Files button on their profile. A new screen will appear.
  1. Click Select file and attach documents.

To remove a document click the X icon.

  1. Once completed click Upload. The upload will commence and a progress bar will be displayed. Once complete a Success Status Bar is displayed.    

To download a file from an existing community member:

  1. Click the Files button on their profile. A new screen will appear.
  1. Select a file to view or download. It will be placed in your “Downloads” – as any other download from the internet would appear. 
  2. Click on the download and you will be able to view the file.
