Publishing an Academic Report

Once you have generated the academic report and usually once it has been distributed, you publish the academic report.

  1. Go to Workflow 
  2. Under Publish, select Publish Report.
    A confirmation message will appear.
  1. Tick to confirm and click Yes to perform the action.

The academic report will receive the published state and will be published to the student profile.

If you need to make changes to your academic report after publishing it, you can set it back to Student Entry via the Allow student entry icon under Publish. Documents will need to be regenerated after changes have been made before the report is republished otherwise the changes will not be published to the student profile.

If you do not want to make any further changes nor allow somebody else to make changes, you can lock an academic report.
