In the General Comments section under the Workflow tab, you can define if general comments against a student should be included in the academic report . If you enabled general comments under General Comments, a Student General Comments field will be displayed for each student under the Students tab.
To enter comments against a student:
Go to the Students tab and select a specific academic level. All students of that particular academic level will be displayed.
Click a student. The Student General Comments field will be displayed.
Enter one or more comments and select a name that should appear against the comment.
If you defined that the staff member’s signature should appear next to the comment, you can also include the position description as it should appear on the academic report.
