Creating Learning Areas

To create a learning area: 

  1. Go to Menu > Curriculum Management > Subject Management.
  1. Select the Learning Areas card.  
  1. Click Action > New Learning Area.

The New Learning Area screen appears.

  1. Enter information into the data entry fields. Below is a description of each field:

NameLearning Area Name.
Academic DepartmentSelect the Academic Department responsible for the Learning Area. If the appropriate Academic Department is not available for selection, please contact CountryNet Software Support.
DescriptionThe description of the learning area.
  1. Click Save. The learning area will now appear in the left column. The learning area shown in the right column will be highlighted in the left column.
