Not all Enquiries end up as applications. Therefore Educonnex keeps the Enquiries and Applications quite separate. Once an Enquiry does become an Application, to save re-entry of details, there is a quick conversion process available. This will only work if you have entered the student details of the enquirer. To create an application from the enrolment enquiry
Go to Menu Enrolments → Search Enquiries.
Search, then click on the enquiry that you wish to convert to an application. You will now be looking at the details already entered for that enquiry.
Under Student Entry Year Details select Create Application.
A new screen will appear.
A separate application must be created for each student in a family.
Enter data into fields. Tick relevant checkboxes.
Click Save. An application will now be created. The application status will update to ‘In Progress’.
Click the document icon next to the status. This will take you directly to the application. From here you can track the progress of the application.
