If the Attendance configuration changes at any point, it will then be necessary for the attendance to be re-calculated. This is not a common practice and will not need to be completed regularly. This process should only be undertaken under the instruction of the Educonnex Support staff.
To recalculate attendance
Go to Menu > Attendance > Today’s Classes.
Click the actions icon then select Recalculate Attendance.
A new modal will appear.
Edit fields as required.
The attendance of individual students can be recalculated by going to the Student Profile and clicking Actions > Recalculate Attendance.
